As massive and ambitious as the Met Museum in New York City, the Victoria & Albert Museum feasts your palette with an impeccable collection of medieval and renaissance art. Set in majestic surroundings, this historical building is situated on Exhibition Road with other major family museums, i.e., the Science Museum and the National History Museum.
Seeing just only a fraction of the V&A collection, we ventured in its ambitious pieces of grand sculptural masterworks by the likes of Rodin and Bellini. Visitors are welcome to visit day after day, since admission is free. All of the majors museums in London are free, thanks to subsidized arts support by the British government.
